Kaplankaya is one of the most ambitious private communities ever developed on the Aegean coast — designed by Steven Holl, Foster + Partners, Richard Meier, Robert A.M. Stern, and Richard Meier, among others. A project of this caliber doesn't need more communication. It needs the right piece.

We designed a luxury print catalog built entirely around restraint. A dark, textured cover that communicates before it's opened. A bespoke monogram system carrying the RK identity through every spread. Typography set to create space, not fill it. A photography sequence that moves from aerial scale to intimate coastline — giving the reader a sense of arrival before they've ever set foot there.

"The new definition of quiet luxury" was not just the project's positioning. It was the design brief.

Every decision — paper weight, binding, editorial pacing, white space — was made in service of the place itself. Nothing decorative. Nothing unnecessary. A print piece that holds its own in the same room as the project it represents.
