When Çiğköftem came to Chainhouse, they had ambition. When they left 18 months later, they had 90 new locations. We were briefed to open 50 franchise doors — we nearly doubled it. Across Google Search, we seized a 56% impression share and commanded 73% top-of-page visibility, effectively outranking every competitor in the category. Our performance engine turned $53K in media spend into 27,200 qualified franchise applications — a cost-per-lead so efficient it redefined the brand's growth model. Simultaneously, our SEO strategy lifted monthly organic traffic from 12,000 to 42,000 sessions, a 3.5× increase that compounded the paid results into a self-reinforcing acquisition loop.
